I started learning how to use oil paints in September 2025. I only got a month in of learning before the remainder of the year happened but I did manage to make 2 gifts for friends (the lemon was referenced from a Pinterest photo). I'm planning to do more, and of course apply it to TF somehow 1/2

Hey all, forgot to update here when I did this for Instagram a few days ago. Just wanted to say thank you for the comments on my first post, I appreciate the well wishes. I’m still recovering, I still only have one good eye vision but surgeon is happy with how it’s healing 💪

Thank you for the well wishes. I had a vitrectomy on Tuesday, I won’t go into gory details but it royally sucks. I have to keep my head down for 50 mins every hour for another 8 days. Fingers crossed after that it’s looking good.

Back in the A&E. Again. Detached retina. Might have been a consequence of the laser treatment I had last Saturday. Gotta have surgery tomorrow morning, so wish me luck.
