The key to motivating "political" writing is to develop the skill of thinking about something so hard you get incomprehensibly angry at the world around you, such that your only options are to give in to the delirium of revolt and fight and claw and scream....... or write an essay.

The idea that anyone can fathom the exact form of organization necessary is the cardinal sin of the majority of the Left, even many anarchists. The point is not to wait though, but to act, see what sticks & move accordingly. Sometimes an org needs to collapse to allow members to think on their own.

The forms of organization necessary for a struggle arises from the struggle itself. Sometimes it's a far-flung network, sometimes it's a whole city block in association, sometimes it's a texting chain for sharing news, sometimes it's a couple of friends calling off to do nightime actions.
