New cover art! For the Grimdark Sidequest story! LEGEND of BAKURA is actually where I had started my fantasy story, about 3 years ago. I was a year into learning to write. Moonthread is a much gentler place to begin. I still love Bakura, but it's in spite of his violent story, not because of it.

Think I finally landed on the genre of TRIPPY FANTASY. That explains the fever-dream poetry, right? And the purposeful tense shifting, when the gods come in and seize these totally innocent children and wield them to inflict their desires upon the world? That's Trippy Fantasy, right?

Made my first ever sprite for Nala, the Orc! Pretty fun. I just copied one of the Fire Emblem (gba) casters, and changed the color palette, but I think she turned out pretty good!
