With some help I found the painting in the new twitch art category image. Its a Bob Ross painting. Specifically "Valley View" from Season 21 Episode 1. It's AT LEAST not AI generated in that aspect, but many of the categories seem to be generated images in some capacity. Disappointing for sure.
