Saw mom this morning & called her not too long ago. She's got some muscle & kidney damage, she was super dehydrated, but she's already holding conversation much better than she has in the past week. We brought her roses & a scented teddy & a couple sentimental things from home.

hospitals are exhausting. having to reach out to multiple people to give them updates on one person is exhausting. this whole situation is just emotionally and mentally draining. mom thankfully seemed to be improving a little bit while we were there. we're going back tomorrow morning

Didn't think we'd have to do it but mom is at the hospital now. EMS deemed her unfit to care for herself & overrode her decision.

been fighting for 2-3 months to have my stubborn mom see a doctor. her health has been going downhill pretty rapidly the past week or so, so I finally put my foot down and got her in for Monday. really hoping everything will turn out okay.

I miss games that are about 8-20h long and have linear gameplay/stories. Not every game has to be open world and 60+h long😭 I'm so sick of it. If you don't have extensive worldbuilding to fill that world just tell your story in a (semi) linear way 🥲
