I ran the Berkeley Trail adventure half marathon today. I placed 10th overall and 2nd in my age group. I was a fun race and I’m really pleased with how I ran it and how my body performed. #insidetrailrunning #running #raceday

This is a really cool paper, which I recommend to those interested in public opinion in IR, IO's, and legitimacy.

If universities want to retain female faculty they need to deal with the people who create hostile workplaces. That means actually dealing with sexual harassers, assholes, bullies, and every else who scores high on the dark triad. If not, you will lose your best people over and over again.
