Pokopia, WoW's new expansion, Mewgenics, and Slay the Spire 2 all coming out within a month of each other has not been a good combo for my wallet but it's been great for my free time. Considering I felt like there was nothing to play in late December to early February it really is feast or famine

I haven't finished the game (honestly I don't know if it's a game you can finish) but the state of the world in Pokopia has me wondering if this is an alternate timeline where "the war" Lt. Surge mentions in the first game ended really REALLY badly. Or maybe it has something to do with AZ's weapon?

My cope for the day is that they release Ruby Sapphire and Emerald on the Switch as well given them Home compatibility just like Fire Red and Leaf Green and your reward for completing the Kanto Dex will be shiny Mew and the Hoenn Dex will be shiny Jirachi. That's my cope and I'm sticking to it.

Considering how much progress I've made in the 2 months since I wondered this question, I'm starting to think it's actually a rather feasible goal. Granted it's winter now and traditionally my shiny hunting tends to slow down as we enter spring and summer but we'll see.

Even though Johto is my least favorite of the original 5 sprite based generations it's music is honestly just phenomenal. Lake of Rage, National Park, Ekcruteak/Cianwood City, Lance's theme, Route 47 (HGSS), Azalea Town, the list goes on. It's one of my least played gens but the music is top notch
