One thing I’ve learned in my recovery so far is that standing around is the absolute worst. Walking around for a bit is nothing. But standing around uses so many core muscles and starts to hurt so much.

Well yall I have to get another surgery tomorrow. I have a large stone they weren’t able to get out of my liver duct 😭

I couldn’t even complete my workday. Had a gallstone attack from drinking ensure 😭 I had to go home to take some painkillers. Monday can’t come soon enough even though I’m terrified

My surgery is paid for. On Friday I find out what time the procedure is. I’m really hoping for one of the earliest times cause I am a wreck right now.

So update: just got a call from the surgeons office. They will be putting me in for surgery on 12/22. It’s a Christmas miracle. Thank you so much for the good thoughts 🤍

If everyone could send positive vibes that my surgeon will be able to get me in to get my gallbladder removed before the end the year I would appreciate it. I found out my plan with BCBS will not be covered by Texas Health as of 1/1/2026 and all my doctors are under this umbrella.
