Genuine question. Has anybody ever truly gotten better with therapy? I'm sure it works for some issues, but for abuse/ trauma does it ever work? I've seen several therapists, I used to go to therapy every single week for years and while I learned some valuable mental tools, I'm not doing any better.

I always crash after Christmas...It brings up a lot of negative emotions for me and I just worked 9 days straight and finally had time to rest and sit in my feelings and I spiraled.
