Crowley said he never wanted to fall. He deserves validation that he shouldn’t have. In S1 it’s Crowley who still talked to god, and I always got emotional with the lyrics “there were *angels* dining at the Ritz.” It’s not that he wasn’t loved as a demon, it’s that he never should have been one.

For me, that’s part of why I love the ending so much. Nothing is definitively confirmed, everyone gets to hold onto the version that feels right to them. Whatever you believe happened, there will forever be space for our own imaginations, hopes, and interpretations.

In his life Asa has enjoyed many hobbies, including amateur magic and learning French, but the one he was actually good at was dancing. He shared that Anthony (who hasn’t really danced since his discotheque days), and particularly enjoyed teaching him the one that ends with a kiss. #GO3

I love this so much, not only because of the amazing artwork but the story it tells. Time after time, place after place, they always come together even if they have let go of their wings. I would love if @pandersonstudio.bsky.social ever decided to sell prints, especially of the last shot.

Do we think “Asa” is a nickname/preferred name for “Aziraphale”? Also, we still don’t have any canon evidence that the “J” in Anthony J. Crowley DOESN’T stand for “Janthony.”

Remember it’s ok to exit yourself out of spaces or mute accounts that are making you upset. Even if it’s temporary. Sometimes walking away from an argument isn’t giving up, it’s saving yourself. Similar journey. I liked it, then loved it, but then this happened and I wasn’t the same person anymore.

Maybe one reason we didn’t get a passionate embrace or explicit love confession is because they couldn’t be together the way they wanted in a rigged game. They had to change the rules before they could find the lady.

Tonight was the first time I rewatched all of GO3 (I had previously rewatched the human ending). It really does get better on repeated viewings. Was it perfect? No. Some things I liked even less this time around. But that’s true of S1 and S2 as well. I will admit the stakes feel higher here though.

It's canon in my bones that #goodomens3 was supposed to include a montage of Crowley and Aziraphale meeting across familiar ages and events, ending with Asa and Anthony. I choose to think that "Time After Time" was chosen early on and we just didn't have the time or budget to pull it off.

Re: the discussion of whether A&C could have performed a miracle while holding hands during the big bang when Crowley’s miracle power was suspended- I now like to think their 25 Lazarii miracle was not due to powers granted by heaven or hell but by their love.

Right now the beautiful S3 concept art is the thing making me the most sad about #goodomens.

I’m not part of the script department or by any means someone who decides or knows for sure - but - as someone who was a lifelong fan even before I worked on it, I believe that they love each other beyond any cosmic rules set by a single entity. To me, they will always persist beyond everything.

Before #GoodOmens ended I was preemptively sad there would be no more analyses/deep dives because no new content was coming. Boy was I wrong. This fandom is so smart.
