This is fucking incredible. I really don't have any other words for what Arachnixe has done here. The way she weaves themes in, the uncertainty that permeates every moment of it, the sting of the story's end and the heartbreak waiting just beyond—it's really, truly wonderful. Read it.

Finally read this while fully awake and lucid. The imagery is unsettling, the prose kept me captivated and dancing along its uneven terrain, before dunking me violently into the abyss. It's been ages since I've seen such a haunted POV character. Magnificent.
