And about a month later they let me go. No reason. No "3 strikes you're out" just..."its not looking good and you gotta go". That is probably one of the last times I will EVER support, advocate for, or work for a fully black owned company unless I KNOW and am good friends with the owner(s).

Very easy actually. I won't get into details on my experience but my sister and I didn't become close until we became adults and moms...factoring in my childhood experiences and hers, yea it's very easy to resent siblings for things out of either one of yalls control.
