No surgery 💪 all the swimming has built up enough muscle in my shoulder, so the long head tendon is now nestled into the new muscle. Result. MRI before swimming and after shows muscle growth of at least 40% in my shoulder. Can I assume my lower back has gained as much muscle growth?

D day at the hospital today. 2 surgeons want me to have surgery. The severed bicep on my right arm and a fusion. Confident I've built up too much muscle in my back to operate 😂😂 hopefully this Dr is going to agree to another cortisone injection in my shoulder. Surgery, going under, scares me rigid

Woke up with that leg pain again. Really strange. Something is pushing a disc out of place, which pushes on the sciatica nerve. But after swimming that disc goes back into its section. Limping to the pool again. Not going to the pool will create more problems 😔

Had to be helped into the pool this morning 🙄 and decided to bite the bullet and do a full workout. Swam 2k, done 200 water sit ups and 15 mins back floating and all that horrible pain has simply vanished. No more limping like I shit me pants. Wish I could see a swim coach to advise me #ihatemybody
