Last swim day is usually awful. 2 years ago at the same pool, a mile was taking 70 mins. On the 16 week anniversary of stopping smoking, just smashed the back doors off a mile in just 40.46 mins 🍆 5 miles in under 4 hrs 💪💪 now it's cake time 🎂 my best performance in 2 years 🥰
