Just had a spelling and grammar assessment interview where I had to read the prompts off of a screen and then talk about how I would change them which is a great way to stop people from using a computer to correct spelling and grammar but also a terrible way to actually test on spelling and grammar.

When I was scouting Weidman I told people he's either going to win the UFC title or be the most injured man to ever live. Really proud of him for doing both.

Something I've been struggling A LOT with over the past couple years. At a point where I thought my professional and personal life was pretty solid a ton of it disintegrated. I've been lucky to still have key support pillars in place, but it's remarkable how fast the world can move.

Now that I’m firmly “in my 40s” I’m learning I have two options: insufferable fitness guy/insufferable ailments guy. That’s it. Constant care or my body falls apart from every angle.
