Ideally, yes, everyone could benefit from therapy, but I don't think neurotypicals have any business going to therapy right now. Not with therapist shortages and attacks against Neurodivergent people. If you want to work on some stuff, read a book instead of taking up space you have no right to.

I'm going to stop talking about work I do in therapy and I suggest every Neurodivergent person in therapy consider doing so too. NTs are responsible for creating "therapy speak," which has cheapened therapy and taught abusers new ways to abuse their victims.

Been reading about ADHD and justice sensitivity - that people with ADHD are often have a higher sensitivity for unfairness (hate discrimination, dishonesty, fake people and unfair situations) and I put it to you that that should just be the standard sensitivity people should have.
