If AI data centers are so great how come tech founders aren't putting them on the hundreds of acres of land they personally own?

I bought a Macbook Air M5 recently and wowzers what a computer. It's the fastest computer I've ever owned or worked on for that matter. The internet speeds at home are especially improved on here. My old Macbook Pro maxed out at around 700mb down over wifi.

One of the few positives AI will bring about is the wild art movements we're about to see as artists do crazy things to reject AI.
