I always streamed live but it was via Shoutcast. When I pivoted the live stream to Twitch I made it clear it was still audio first. I edit the audio podcast to be tighter with respect to pauses and filler words, while Twitch gets the "raw" version. If I do use visuals, I describe it like it's radio.

The Steam Machine sounds like an amazing piece of hardware that is releasing at precisely the wrong time. I haven't seen release timing this unfortunate since the Intellivision Amico. (I fully believe the Amico would have launched on 10-10-20 had the shipping slowdown not started a domino affect.)

Finished Star Trek Lower Decks tonight. (Hooray for the season box set on Blu-Ray!) Easily one of my favorite Trek series of all time, but that's partly because I'm a longtime fan of the franchise so I "got" a lot of the meta jokes sprinkled throughout the five seasons.

Slashdot has a feature where they showcase the top commented stories of the day from previous years. It's fun to read the comments. Today, a 2005 story about an electric motor as fast as a Ferarri was posted, and the top comment said the oil and gas industry would shut this down. A modded up reply:

Last year, miHoYo copied my puzzle game Ouros in Zenless Zone Zero. Because they are a recognized, billion-dollar studio and my game isn't well known, some people are now assuming that their version is the original, and mine is the clone. I hope this video clears that up.
