Seasonal depression hits me every year and the worst part is I keep getting amnesia about it. I forget how bad it is and how I need to prepare for its lows. It hits like a freight train the moment the weather turns. I keep thinking a light would help but I never get one.

Sure, this is a nice snowy day for my kiddos to make memories playing. Also its like 4 more months of this nonsense and I want my warm weather back.

I for one appreciate the volatility of NFL rosters as it relates to expectation vs reality. Its the journey of every football fan to try and makes sense of it year after year, only to fail. The lesson is try to enjoy the chaos of week to week football.

I've been incredibly productive these last few days. Non stop cleaning, cooking, and getting to projects that needed done. An unusually relentless pace for me I just needed to say it somewhere. Into the void will have to do.

Was cruising today with cleaning and project planning then just hit a mental brick wall. Been on my phone for an hour. I hate my brain some days.

There is and will continue to be a housing shortage across the country. No decent person thinks these will do anything more then keep people in poverty and in dead end jobs.

Any representative who changes their position on releasing the Epstein Files is actively participating in a cover up. With Grijalva sworn in they have the votes. The only reason for a GOP rep to change their position now is to hide the truth about Trump’s involvement.

Im struggling to see the strategy of the people who have the evidence against Trump/Epstein but slowly release it. I may be missing an angle that is about legality or effective strategies. Maybe theres a lot of legal action that needs this remain ready for a courtroom. I dont know, Its odd.
