Lil personal victory I wanna share. About 3 years ago I was in the worst shape of my life, wearing 44 inch waist everything. Today, for the first time in over a decade, I'm wearing a 34 inch waist pair of jeans and they fit PERFECTLY. So pleased with myself (also sorry gainers)

SO turns out the shoulder issue was actually four herniated discs in my neck.....guess who's now slowly but surely realising Darklands is no longer an option for them, six days out.....

Had my first ever MRI today for a shoulder issue I've been dealing with. It's really strange lying on a "bed" that just slides into a giant metal tube! Probably the most painful experience of my life though, the positions needed for good scans PERFECTLY aggravated the problem 😭

I knew being caged could cause blue balls but this is a bit extreme...

I made a pride flag for people who are into latex but like, oh my god it's such a fucking faff, we just absolutely cannot be fucked with it sometimes. Like, we love it and all but jfc dealing with the dressing and the washing and the fixing and the maintenance. The grey represents burnout.
