An update in Maryland v. Mullin: DHS has filed its formal answer to MD’s suit challenging the Williamsport warehouse project. In the filing, DHS denies MD’s allegations and says ICE acted lawfully in approving the warehouse conversion, without offering a detailed factual defense of the project.
