To keep antibiotics effective for everyone, here’s what NOT to do: ❌ Do not use antibiotics for colds, flu or sore throats. Antibiotics do not treat viruses. ❌ Do not share your antibiotics with others. ❌ Do not save leftover antibiotics for use later. Learn more 👉

🚨 This is unscientific & dangerous. The MMR vaccine is safe, effective & used worldwide. Splitting it into 3 shots isn’t evidence-based—it’s politics that will sow confusion, lower coverage & fuel outbreaks. Don’t be surprised when countries start requiring proof of MMR from U.S. travelers. 💉

Measuring the Performance of Survival Models to Personalize Treatment Choices
Various statistical and machine learning algorithms can be used to predict treatment effects at the patient level using data from randomized clinical trials (RCTs). Such predictions can facilitate individualized treatment decisions. Recently, a range of methods and metrics were developed for assessing the accuracy of such predictions. Here, we extend these methods, focusing on the case of survival (time-to-event) outcomes.
