Keto Waffling this morning.

We have a wonderful arrangement where the cat visits us during the day but Peanut's owner collects him every night at 5pm. Tonight though he's coming over for dinner with us so Mr P is looking nervously at the door because his regular "yoinking" isn't happening.

Breakfast Homemade Labneh, Keto waffles, walnuts and a little ham.

Finally got the courage up to make Labneh the old fashioned way: by leaving it tied to the kitchen tap to drip overnight. Oh it's wonderful. Big bowl in the fridge now, waiting to be consumed.

I have an absolute fascination for stone age tools. I'm lucky in that they are prolific in my area. This is one of my greatest finds. Two stone tools, made in the same fashion, found 3 miles apart.

I'm doing my usual trick and just catching up on TV series everybody else watched when they first came out. But the acting of Sofia Helin in The Bridge is simply some of the best I have ever seen in anything. Astounding.
