Random thought thrown into the aether: Would the concept of Blocking in Souls-like games be viewed less derisively if, instead of (or in addition to) requiring stamina that there was also the requirement to blocking low or high mixed with enemies capable of guard crushing?

Okay, well that was a tonal whiplash from Xanadu. Liked this one too. Of the Mann films I've seen, I liked this one more than Thief but not as much as Heat (but also Heat is one of my favorite movies ever so good luck with that). I have a feeling that Silence of the Lambs will be in my future.

Decided to put on Manhunter (1986), this is definitely a Michael Mann movie, and also quite possibly the exact opposite of Xanadu.
