I am urging people not to subscribe to block lists as you are very likely to end up blocking people on the same side. This includes Skywatch who indiscriminately throw people onto block lists. They added me to a block list yesterday which resulting in almost 500 (mainly Blue accounts) blocking me.

@schultziepie.bsky.social is a wonderful example of how to unite people on here. There are too many people relying on subscribing to block lists instead of making their own decisions meaning that people on the same side are blocking each other.

As a result of people who I was following subscribing to a block list which I got added to yesterday, I have been blocked by almost 500 (mainly Blue) accounts. I wish people would stop subscribing to block lists which are so divisive.
