Not presidential and definitely not a masterclass in leadership—authoritarian in tone and risky diplomatically. His speech sounded like a campaign rally: partisan attacks, inflated boasts, dehumanizing immigration talk, climate denial, threats/tariffs, UN-bashing, and insulting other countries.
