Finally got around to finishing this now that the holidays are over and I am not sick. Though I would agree with many of the criticisms around this game, I find it to have been great, fantastic even, in some of its best parts. 9/10, except for the desert, which gets a -2/10.

I like looking at all the paint splatters / color tests on the edges of these Ernest Chiriacka paintings. So many collectors frame the images so that they don't show, but to me, they're the process... they're just as much a showcase of the art.

I hate how I can't just sit down and play games anymore, I have to do like an hour-long mental preparation to get into it.

Jaws Retro Edition Had the opportunity to paint the key art for Jaws Retro Edition for @limitedrungames.com. Jaws being my favorite film of all time, it was surreal to do my own take on the iconic Roger Kastel art, which I challenged myself to recreate using only observation. Hope you like it.

"JAWS" - Mixed media on canvas, 2025 I am lying, actually. This was more of an experiment for integrating Blender into my workflow beyond using models, where I used value-dependent masks for normal maps to simulate the accumulation of pigments on a canvas.

Learning how to incorporate normal maps in Blender into my workflow for that raised paint effect so that I can more convincingly lie to people about painting traditionally.
