My social anxiety has gotten so much worse as I’ve unmasked post autism diagnosis. At first I thought I was just finally letting how I feel show more. Then I considered it skill regression. Now I actually think a lot of it is that it’s a lot scarier being authentic even if it is more rewarding.

I’m sad because I had to change my protein shake because I have really high iron levels in my blood and also can’t have whey protein because it irritates my skin, and the only extremely low iron vegan protein is yucky. Tasty chocolate protein milkshake was legit my main motivation to work out 😞
