I liked Baldur's Gate 3, but I ended up having more interesting roleplaying in Elden Ring. Elden Ring offers very few roleplaying affirmations (many RP decisions you make cannot and will not be acknowledged), but it offers just as few contradictions to my head canon. The blank canvas accepts all.
