A year ago today I had a traumatic injury — I was bitten in the face by a dog in a freak accident. 10 stitches in my lip and 365 days later, I have a scar on my lip. I’ve grown so much. Some days are easier than others, as psychological healing comes in waves. But I’m okay, and I embrace the scar ❤️
