I rode one of these the summer in-between 8th and 9th grade. One of best jobs for a teenager. I had an absolutely huge route, that included part of the riverfront. Got to meet cute boys, ride around the city, and eat popsicles. Not too shabby.

So 2/3 weeks ago an American man washed up on shore, not too far from where I live. He'd bought a kayak and paddled on over. Apparently he's claiming asylum...though the downtown mission isn't exactly the best place. We're always told (by the Cons) that they get hotels & checks. 🤷

A while back I travelled to Toronto spend a few days with a friend of mine from highschool, who'd gone there for work. I hadn't seen her in 17 years. Before she left Calgary, a mutual friend said to her "you know she's like, a hippie now right?". I thought, "is that supposed to be a bad thing?" 🤷

I actually got in trouble in 7th grade because my handwriting changed so many times throughout my project. I was told to "pick one style". So, mainly, I now print when I write, and THIS is what happens...lol.

My guy broke his elbow in Dec. Surgery, a slip on the ice (reopening his surgery wound), months of wound care, fracture clinic visits, 4 prescriptions and months of physio, and we've paid $8 in co-pays and $45 for reports going to the insurance company for work benefits. Surgery #2 coming up.
