I can sit down for 30 mins and get some real thing done with Godot. I'm sure that I will eventually hit a wall but at the moment it's honestly just astounding.

Inventory management, 3d models in a 2d control, input/mouse controls. It looks *just terrible* but I've managed to a lot working here. I'm learning way more about how to manage state and object relationships with Godot, all with amazingly little difficulty.
