It's sad because study after study tends to show that violence is a byproduct of poverty, and if leaders were serious about reducing "crime" they would also be serious about materially improving peoples living conditions.

You know what would actually reduce crime and homelessness? Universal healthcare, free education, affordable housing and a basic living wage. When people have their most basic needs met, they have happier and healthier lives. Those hoarding the wealth don’t want to give us those things.

I'm of the radical belief that artists should genuinely be kind to each other. Other artists aren't your competition, we don't need rat race mentality bleeding into the art space. We've went through A LOT over the past couple of years already so please treat one another with love and compassion 🫶

It's so frustrating that most people can agree billionaires/millionaires should not have that much money but when you say " and we should use that money for something worthwhile " and suddenly people become temporarily disgraced millionaires instead of 1 medical bill from being bankrupt.

Me and so many people's lives shouldn't have gone like this so a few billionaires and companies can keep their ungodly amounts of money when a lot of us just wanted to fucking live a happy fulfilling life, but apparently that's too woke :')

Hug your friends. Tell them they matter. Plant a small seed of personal doubt that will germinate into a full blown existential crisis. Take care of each other.
