I might be wrong, but I think Bandcamp’s decline began when they introduced Bandcamp Fridays. It made fans start delaying their purchases to buy albums at BC Fridays, and over time, many just forgot about the albums entirely. What do you guys think?

Bandcamp dropped vinyl production, Qrates shut down, and now SoundCloud’s trying to do basically the same thing. Funny thing is, even platforms way more organized than SC tried and failed, And SC’s still a decade behind. They doomed themselves the moment they killed bulk messages and groups.

I don’t get how so many producers can’t handle a full album. It’s always: “too much work, I can’t.” Did social media really kill our attention spans that bad? For me, making an LP is just a journey, so it’s weird.

After trying a ton of noodles from miso soups to Chinese ones, I gotta say Shin Black is the ultimate winner. Chinese ones are hit or miss, and those hot Korean ones are inedible if you use the full paste, barely okay with few drops and have in mind I eat Habaneros and Bhut Jolokias without problem.

I’ve been thinking about this and want to hear some opinions. I feel like music AI will mostly affect jingle makers, ghost producers, and anyone making music just for a paycheck. Artists with a fanbase will be fine, but building that takes years sometimes decades.

We’ve all had heroes who ended up being kinda disappointing. Happened to me too, not a total disaster, but I still felt pretty small after sending a friend request on FB and getting an unnecessary massage response. Not naming names, it wasn’t that bad… but yeah, still stings a bit.

If every artist in a scene starts sounding the same, what do you call that? I checked the top 10 from 87 and each track sounded totally different. Now it’s all standards and AI mixing, no real art. If you use AI mix and master you are the part of the problem!

I’ve been on this hardcore training and diet plan and dropped 10kg in 2 months. Biggest thing I learned, sugar’s a straight up drug. First month I craved it, second month I didn’t care at all. I also cut out oils completely, even the so called “extra virgin” ones, and 20 years of acid reflux gone.
