My roommate saw me put more cheese onto a frozen pizza & it was like I unlocked something in him. I saw the wheels turning as he realized we don't have to settle for the default amount of cheese the pizza overlords offer us. What goes onto the frozen pizza is in our control. We have the power.

I am so curious of what my antidepressant will do to me when I go to 2 pills per day in like 11 days from now or so. I feel like at 1 right now is nice to get me through the work day, but by the evening I am back to feeling hopeless/miserable/unable to do things again. So it might be good hopefully?

May 5th is always such a huge day! Feliz Cinco de Mayo, Happy Revenge of the Sith Day, Let's not forget Red Dress Day as well to recognize missing Indigenous women, AND to my fellow teachers, HAPPY APPRECIATION DAY. So much to celebrate and honour today. 💜

Gosh I can't wait for the rebound back into feeling optimistic again. Had that a lot in my university years and at times in the UK. Now I'm pessimistic and think the world is out to get me...ugh. I miss being hopeful.

So hi folks! It's been a while besides just promoting my ExtraLife stuff (check pinned post!). There's been a LOT going on, such as my mom having surgery, my own health kinda surprising me with a future surgery for myself, and getting back into subbing after a temp contract.
