The one that gets me is this one from Future's End: Bat Wing #1. A few weeks later we get Cass & Steph in Future's End: Batgirl #1. How was one okay, but not the other?

I'm very open-minded in the toku genre. I get Godzilla's Revenge, later Showa Gamera films, and I can love bits of Godzilla (1998). This movie ticked me the hell off THREE TIMES. #1 Basically killing the franchise by killing ONE character. #2 Redeeming the Red Herring CEO. #3 Sequel Baiting.

Two friends walked out about twenty minutes in. Another friend was 🤨at it. I was laughing my ass off. I think all I can remember of the film is Jude Law's character needs to kill kin to upgrade himself.

The English Patient. I found the movie just uninteresting and exhausting to get thru. I fell asleep watching it twice in film class. Professor woke me both times due to snoring. He later asked what was most positive about it? Good movie if you want to fall deep asleep. He gave me a 🤨.
