Masks are an extremely cheap & relatively efficient way to prevent all kinds of airborne illnesses getting into your own body. this is the one Discworld book I insist people get in physical form because the art is just *spectacular* the whole way through and you really have to see it to fully appreciate it paul kidby at his best

the first two books are a much more direct parody of the swords and sorcery fantasy era of the late 70s and often don’t resonate as much to people less familiar with that era but Cohen was such a stroke of genius and I’m so glad he stuck around in later books just look at him!
