I've been posting negatively a lot about "Fandom" lately which probably seems hypocritical considering how often I Like and RT fanart, memes etc. I think fans (individual) are awesome, it's just how modern fandom encourages certain behaviours that I find annoying.

Made a joke about how "Ethical Gooning" is only funny when about AI art and sourcing the artist, got someone calling me a pedophile and when I check their account they're just spamming that out to others 10 times every minute. It's not automated since they sometimes stop to call someone a straggot.

The worst thing you can have happen as a creator is releasing something, and with the wait for the next instalment people start building up ideas and expectations about what it's going to be about that you have no plans on fulfilling.

It's very funny seeing people pretending that only just now with the timeskip designs are they finding the MHA girls attractive. Especially patreon artists who probably drew them before and forgot lmao.

The K-On movie making it into the criterion collection is very funny because for years K-On was often cited as being everything wrong with anime. Finally finished this and it was very okay. Very glad I didn't pay full price for this on release I think I would have been way less charitable. The escape rooms were a lot of fun, wish that they had a stronger narrative to them but I guess that's what happens with a spinoff.
