welp, i finally got it to look the way i wanted, using two subviewport and a shader mixing the post processed outlines with an "unlit"/non shadow having render, i don't think i'll get anything better without digging deep into godots sources, thank you @panthavma.bsky.social for your blogpost #godot

if anyone want's to have a fun time game dev wise, try to implement a raycast car (single or multi raycast) and then simulate the engine/gearbox/wheel gear train, it's a fun and healthy way to spend time (no it's a pain)
