Clarence Thomas says the 14th Amendment should be read narrowly because it was written for formerly enslaved people. By that logic, the 2nd Amendment was written for muskets, not AR-15s. Funny how that kind of originalism only shows up when it's convenient.

Just 10 people have already poured $617 MILLION into this year’s midterm elections. In the entire 2008 presidential cycle, the last election before Citizens United, total billionaire spending was $16 million. This is not sustainable. We need to get Big Money out of our democracy.

Apple is union-busting again, this time by closing its first unionized U.S. store. Reminder that Apple is spending $100B on stock buybacks. Meanwhile, CEO Tim Cook has been fawning over Trump, who effectively gutted the govt agency that supervises union organizing. Textbook corporate greed.

A worker making $50,000 a year contributes to Social Security on 100% of their income. A CEO making $20 million a year contributes to Social Security on less than 1% of their income. Instead of raising the retirement age, we should scrap the Social Security tax cap.

Obama was by no means a perfect president. There were drone strikes, support for Israel, further consolidation of executive power, etc. but you know what Obama didn’t do? He didn’t blame his mistakes on other people. He didn’t tell you that other Americans were the enemy. He didn’t steal from us.

Can we have the November midterms next week? June 9th seems free . This clown and corrupt pedo regime needs serious accountability by a refreshed Congress. Let’s get the impeachments rolling and the investigations digging AND let’s get pedos and thieves in prison.

Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft are all planning huge layoffs. Amazon got $17.5B in federal tax breaks last year. Jeff Bezos is worth $271B. Meta saved $13.7B in taxes. Mark Zuckerberg is worth $231B. Microsoft saved $12.5B last year. Its CEO is worth $1.3B. This is what a rigged economy looks like.
