Tomorrow, Feb 2/28, is HIV Is Not A Crime Awareness Day. In >30 states, people are being imprisoned due to their HIV status w/ increasing charges or punishments because the person has HIV. Black men are disproportionately impacted by HIV crim laws - an example of anti-Black structural homophobia.
