Fuck you NY state retirement! I just collected my dad’s ashes and when I called to be sure there would be money for his internment, your phone system literally hung up on me without letting me talk to someone. That’s just fucked up and painful at this moment. Why I will never work #NYS again.

Just emailed my dad’s niece to her that I do have a #tbi and a lot of normal things are hard(er).

I’ll hand it to #NYS. They do make it easy to report the death of an employee or retiree. of the many state websites and apps, I’ve dealt with over my career, the ease of this tool is practically shocking.
