Kinda fucking wild how many Resident Evil remakes deep we are, all of which have sold 7-15m units, seemingly without anyone at Square Enix being like "Hey, why aren't we doing this with Parasite Eve?"

I can't believe I even have to say this, but: Insisting on the reader developing basic literacy and vocabulary improvement skills is not, nor has ever been, ableism. Encountering a word you do not understand is not gatekeeping. It's an invitation for you to learn a new word. FFS.

It's not enough to be against AI, you need to be pro art. You need to be a champion of the art you love, you need to share that passion and joy, and do what you can to support the artists who make it, because it's not enough to hate AI, to hate what it's doing to art and media; you gotta love.
