Pragmata is only a month away and I haven't been this hyped about a new game in awhile, that demo was fun af. The combat is beyond refreshing and the game just feels really good to play overall. It's nice to see Capcom trying to branch out and finally make some new IP's.

The DLSS5 tech just announced by NVIDIA sucks. It suuuuucks. As a video game developer who was an art lead for many years, it fuuucking suuuuuucks bro. I beg you not to use it. Just play the game the developers made, don’t let this souless tool add uncanny detail without intention or understanding.

I try not to do ranty threads anymore, but man, this Valve GDC graph has just rubbed me up unbelievably badly This was presented as a good thing - "more games are finding success!" -- when actually the data has just been presented in a tricksy way to make it look like everything is fine

This looks like shit, its literally just AI changing everything to look "higher quality" when in reality its changing the actual look of the game and the artistic style the artists were going for. I'm not surprised tho, most gamers will eat up any slop they are given these days.

Currently really glad I still have all my old discs and a PS2 / have them uploaded on an emulator to play them on, because fuuuuuuuuck this and the horse they rode in on. When I say I boycott AI, I mean I BOYCOTT AI 🤬 (wtf are they playing at??)

If you're wondering who is behind this disaster, Aspyr hired a company called "Magic Media" who specializes in "Ai and Blockchain" yup, you read that right. I can see why the original Saber team (Main devs who made 1-3 remastered before this disaster) want nothing to ever do with Aspyr again.

Jesus lol aspyr need to revert this patch and just be done with 1-3, clearly the people who worked on the remaster are long gone.

Been waiting for a decent price drop on this but it looks really good.

This is why consoles shouldn't demand you update single player games in order to play, they also need to enable a roll back feature on consoles so if a patch sucks eggs like this you can roll back yourself.
