The President of the United States is a criminal. He SHOULD have been convicted for the crimes he led on January 6th, 2021. He WAS convicted of 34 felonies for corruption and harassment. Yet somehow, instead of facing the consequences he deserves, he’s running the government like a mob operation.

Dems who dismissed the ballroom as a "distraction" were playing dumb about the deeper significance of the ballroom as a Trumpian assertion of imperial/dictatorial power. That's why it's heartening that a new Wapo poll shows huge majorities oppose it. 4/

Instead of allowing the biggest liar to bluster through debates, networks should incorporate instant factchecking after each candidate’s comments. Microphones would be silenced and the moderator would state which claims were correct, and which were false. Good for democracy and good for ratings.

Real question. Does the Virginia Supreme Court have any kind of “Marbury vs. Madison” type decision under which it granted itself judicial review including the authority to strike down state referenda? Because I’m not seeing why this decision invalidating the new voting maps has to be followed.
