Remind me to do a proper explanation of how I've set up JRPG Game's action-system, because I think it's pretty neat? For a basic move, it takes around 10 minutes to go from concept to having it working in the game. Even the more complex stuff I did this morning took a bit more than an hour at best

Added a simple version of "World Magic" (a move where you get access to any attack in the game based on your location) to JRPG game and it sure is funny to suddenly have access to the first boss's high damage area attack for a fight, followed by a move you use during a rest in the next.

Ran into a thing with JRPG game where I was deeply confused why these two enemies were suddenly takint way more damage after from the second round onwards, and then I realized it's because they were in negative MP, which triggered the exhaustion mechanic that I PUT INTO THE GAME YESTERDAY!

I might be too in love with the concept of debt in JRPG games, because after inventory debt, there is now MP-debt AND HP-debt. There's a lot of space to be explored in the world of negative resource values.
