I just don’t get the mind that sees game companies willingly dropping talent because they won’t even humor talking to the union (let alone signing a contract) and chooses to blame the union for it. In my book, a company that doesn’t value the talent is the one in the wrong.

Did a double take when I saw this email. For what this means, it's basically that the client began the process to make it a union game, alerting its cast that it would be union, but then did not actually complete the process to do so. These notices can be rescinded should everything be fixed.

i remembered to do it for reference, skipping across water/lava is only possible when you tap the jump button right as you make contact with its surface. it makes it a somewhat tricky mechanic that could come in handy if there's a long stretch of lava or water in the stage that you want to skip
