Do you work 100% remotely, 100% on-site, or in a hybrid model? If hybrid, approximately what percentage is remote? Can you help by replying and reposting so I can get more responses?

I have once again been nerd-sniped by
@lpil.uk
into writing a Gleam package. This time, it's a lightweight, high-perf client for Redis-compatible databases, called Valkyrie! The library includes a connection pool, and has been tested against Redis, Valkey, KeyDB and Dragonfly.

Think about the money, systems used, pre-planning and care that went into sniffing you out ahead of time and holding you. That was my tax dollars spent on the exact opposite of how I think my country should be representing itself to foreigners and to journalists. My apologies.

@markholmes.bsky.social
of Williams & Holmes, LLC: βWhatβs so great about Gleam isnβt how fast and simple it is to build things βalthough that is trueβ but how easy it is to come back later and refactor!β

Now THIS is what a customer-centric app is. Most banks keep sending out warning emails about impersonation and scams. Any app can implement this capability with a little coding + backend work (assuming their BE sensible enough): and yet Monzo is the first one Iβve heard do it.
