Based on my own mediocre experiences with LLM-assisted coding, I can't help but wonder whether this explains the recent engineering issues Anthrophic was facing.

I tested NotebookLM's audio generation on a paper draft of mine: It replaced nuance with hype and exaggeration. It added several reasonable-sounding but false hallucinations. I hope no one uses this as their primary way of engaging with scientific literature.
