Forever ago I got some loose skullreapers torsos and I tried kitbashing them onto some mkii bodies with mixed success. Tried again with a few parts I had left over from something else. Still needs straps holding stuff down but it looks way better than the first try.

I have succeeded in combining some store bought Thai red curry, store bought Thai peanut curry, and some assorted things around the house to make a passable praram. Very nice

New PC is refusing to boot if any sata drives are installed. I have all sata devices removed from the boot list so that shouldn't matter but it does I guess. Windows also doesn't see any sata drives if I connect them after boot. Very weird.

Are there any floppy drives built for modern machines? I've got a USB one mounted in an enclosure and shoved in one of the bays between the disk drive and the hdd hotswap bay. It connects to USB pins on the mobo currently but I feel like there's got to be a better solution.

Okay, figured out one of the problems my ancient PC is having. For whatever reason it sometimes fries one of the pairs of ram sticks and then obviously has a bad time with ram that doesn't work.

Possible hot take, when kitbashing thunder warriors I think you should be up-armoring Primaris scouts. The fabric under the armor would work to sell the unpowered legs and more primative nature of thunder armor better than using stormcast legs or heresy terminators.

I wonder if you could kitbash a Rogue trader heavy bolter dude out of an RTB01 beakie and the heavy bolter from a contemporary rhino kit? I think reposing the arms and hands would be easy enough but the backpack and ammo belt and/or bit drum mag would be the trouble

Didn't like how I was using the pelt cape torso so I mangled the torso until it was just the pelt and glued it to the old FW torso. Also have a FW MKIII shoulder on for fun. Sniper basically done then. It's a squat gun but it's fine cause it has a purity seal. Tech-heresy permission slip.

Figured out a head, the saturnine heads are all super cool.

Kitbashed a hand flamer for the fella and then ended up doing all the other stuff. Not sure what head to use and I still need to add the bayonet.

Bandersnatch is the Phantom for my Necromunda gang. I started work on converting her first, but because she required more greenstuff sculptimg sculpting than the rest, so she ended up being the last finished.

I need to figure out a better setup for raking mini photos. Single bright light from above is not ideal.

Also fooling around with using an old fw torso. I wish there were more than like 10 total poses for heresy marines. Especially when half the poses are for the jump pack and don't always work for regular dudes.

Further experiments with oldschool truscale conversions. So far I think the old cataphractii legs are the easiest to deal with but tartaros has an interesting look to it for sure, especially paired with mkiv.
