learning 3D is HARD but it feels like I'm slowly finding an art style simple enough for quick iteration. I'm leaning a lot on gradients, transparent billboards, mesh deformation via shader and repetition. Still don't like the trees and the sky in this pic though

Completely reworked movement! You can now brake while in dash mode by holding the stick backwards. If you jump while braking, you'll perform a slick "brake jump" which allows you to dodge attacks. Pushing your stick forwards again during the jump lets you recover your speed at landing.

This weekend I've been mostly improving the physics and playing with the gameplay variables. I'm mostly struggling to find interesting controls and level layout. Might get rid of those blocks altogether, they look cool but the player is too safe behind them.

Doing some camera work/balancing and looking for feedback! 1 - DASH. The dash is angular, meaning the further your are the biggest its distance is. Is it readable? If not, what would you change? I find it a bit rough at the moment but can't really pinpoint why
